Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in their original, undamaged packaging, including the Atelier Sader signature box.

• Made-to-order pieces produced to your specification
• Rings resized after purchase
• Pieces marked “One of a Kind”
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or missing original packaging

Email ishakkuyumcu@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return shipping instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval and arrange your refund using the same method agreed at checkout, typically within 5–10 business days.

To exchange a piece for a different size or design, start a return for the original item and place a new order request for the replacement.

If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a free replacement or refund.
